The Content Chest Membership Agreement Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

this MEMBERSHIP Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions for participation in the The Content Chest membership by Izzy Matias between Isabel R. Matias (“Izzy Matias”) at izzymatias.com including any sub domains (herein the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the Member (herein the “Member”, “you”, or “your”).

Throughout the course of this Agreement, the Company and the Member may each be referred to as a (“Party” or collectively as the “Parties”).

WHEREAS, the Company provides and allows access to the content and services reserved for its Members, more fully described here: https://izzymatias.helixpay.ph (the “Membership Program”).

WHEREAS, the Member gains access to the Company’s Membership Program and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed herein including the Company’s website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, all those terms are incorporated herein by reference.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto agree as follows:

MEMBERSHIP

By purchasing and enrolling in our paid Membership Program, you become a “Member” and agree that your use of our content and materials provided is considered an ongoing “Membership” until terminated by either party. You are bound by the terms of this Agreement including any amendments thereto. You agree that you are a “Member” as defined herein and have gained access to the use of our content and materials exclusively available in our Membership Program.

All content and materials provided as part of your Membership shall be the sole property of the Company You are only granted a limited use license as defined in this Agreement.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

A non-refundable fee in the amount between Php350 - Php5000 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees) as outlined below depending on your membership plan is required to gain access into our Membership Program for a minimum of 1 months.

Membership plan & specific fees:

GENERAL ADMISSION: Blog Tips & Business content only ₱350* (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

GENERAL ADMISSION: Hallyu & Lifestyle content only ₱350 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

GENERAL ADMISSION: All topics ₱500 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

UPPER BOX ACCESS: Blog Tips & Business content only ₱750 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

UPPER BOX ACCESS: Hallyu & Lifestyle content only ₱750 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

UPPER BOX ACCESS: All topics ₱1,000 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

VIP ACCESS: All Topics ₱2,500 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

ALL ACCESS: 5 slots per month only ₱5,000 (or its equivalent in your local currency including conversion fees)

Thereafter, each month, Member will be charged a recurring fee as outlined below depending on your membership plan until terminated by either party under the terms of this Agreement (the “Membership Fee”):
